Favourable environmental conditions       The area surrounding the proposed site is mainly comprised of agricultural areas with a very low level of urban development. Cereal cultivation predominates on the sand and clay soil (class IV) in the area and wasteland is being reforested. The population density of the surrounding area does not exceed 1 person per hectare. The average price of agricultural land in the regions surrounding the airport is approximately 5000 PLN / hectar.   Over the past few years the western areas of the Mazovian Region have become an important logistical area for central Poland. Within a radius of 15 kilometres from the airport site there are many leading companies, which have developed their logistical centres in the area. The effects of these centres include the evidence of growing areas of warehouses and the increased transport of stock.   The location of the airport, in the heart of the western Mazovian Region, ensures access to modern rescue services available at the Sochaczew Hospital, as well as other hospitals in the area - Łowicz, Żyrardów and Grodzisk Mazowiecki.   The ecological safety of the protected land around the airport site is ensured due to the location of the Kampinos National Park 15 kilometers south of the western border.
